A customer service representative is the first person individuals interact with upon entering the store. You will take care of the customer’s needs in a timely and efficient manner, serving as a liaison between customers with a device issue and the technicians who can fix it. Additionally, you contribute to the overall organization of the office by keeping records, documenting customer requests and processing customer tickets.

–     Ability to effectively and efficiently manage busy hours

–     Knowledge of Google Docs, Calendar and Mail
